Conducting extensive background checks on potential candidates is just the beginning when implementing our selection process. Each potential teacher can expect multiple interviews and performance evaluations before being considered for hire. All North Phoenix Academy of Music teaching staff must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in their perspective field of study. Many have obtained their Master's and PhD degrees as well. Our highly trained and qualified teachers not only love what they do, they are also highly effective in offering a unique blend of solid pedagogical training while making it fun.  This results in a well-educated student who not only learns the love of music, but enjoys the lessons themselves keeping them motivated to continue.
